1995 SC400 Fog Light problems
Hello everyone. I am new to car maintenance and when I bought this car, I noticed that both the fog lights were out. I'm guessing the problem would be either the fuse or the bulbs. If it was the bulbs, how much work is expected to be put in to change both of them? What bulbs would you guys recommend? What type of fuse does the 1995 SC400 use? Blade fuse or mini fuse? or are these two the same?
or
also, is the daytime running light fuse also the same sized fuse(not amperage wise but physical fuse size) as those lights also do not work and I suspect blown fuses.
Thank you for the help.

If it's not the fuse, here are the steps, I took to replace the fog light.
1. Take a few of the bolt to the front fenders' splash guard off, pull the splash guard back and wedge it against the front tire, make sure the wheel/tire is turned inward to give you better access to the fog light compartment. Use a flashlight to locate the fog light casing. If you still can't get access to the fog light you'll need to remove the front tire.
2. The fog light will be enclosed, with a circular plastic cap. Turn it counter clock-wise to open the casing.
3. This will give you access to the bulb and socket. In the casing is a white plastic, the bulbs wire fits snug into the socket. I had to wiggle and tug, until I disconnected the wire.
4. Note there is a clasp holding the bulb in place do not open the clasp. Disconnect the the bulb from the socket first...because the clasp keeps the bulb from dropping and getting in your way. To open the clasp, I believe you push down and it will unfasten.
5. When replacing the new bulb with a Holagen\ Xenon type of bulb DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS with your hands it shortens the life of the bulb.
