Question Cars you would trade your SC for and why? 1985-2000 Years Only.

List cars you would trade your SC for. Years only from 1985-2000. Cars you owned or thinking about owning. Curious to know some of your suggestions and reasons why?

85 Toyota Supra... because you hardly see any fixed up (or even stock) in nice shape. Plus there are parts available for a 2JZ twin-turbo swap. Semi-light weight, RWD and came with factory LSD (on P-type models).

I still own one of these, but hardly get to drive it.

Z32 300zx tt
3000gt vr4, or a stealth r/t
Second gen turbo mr2
Possible a mk3 supra depending on whats done to it.
Fd rx7

The reason being all the cars would be factory boosted,

Mint manual 928 maybe (You may have to put a "price when new" cap on this)

With a cap, at similar price...... cant think of anything off the top of my head. I Love this Sc....... I'd love Supra performance, but I'd miss the elegant look of the Sc.

93-95 FD, I've always loved that car! I remember seeing one at tuning shop back in the day. It was all black w/a CF hood. I think it had Black SSRs on it...with titanium exhausts, and the most memorable...a really huge turbo! The owner started it, and gave it a few blips of the throttle...wicked sounding HKS BOV. Remember it like it was yesterday.

Depending on the year and specimen, the 928 ans sc can be close in current price. I think this thread will be fun with such realistic examples

There is really no other car "Realistically" that I would trade the SC for, since it's worth more that it's "realistic" value. KBB for a 92 SC with 150k, is around 4-5k. Buy a Malibu for that. No way would I trade my SC for a car of equal value.

So, I'd trade my SC400 for $6000...

Default could be a long list

I actually traded a Fox body mustang that was built for this car.

So with the 1JZ-GTE swapped in and the VVTI it boost the value to me.

But the list is still long LOL.

93-95 FD with LS based swap and 6 speed.
Mk4 Supra NA or Turb
Any Year STI - I'm a sucker for AWD Turbo
Any Year Evo
G8
GTO
C5 - they are actually getting close in value
Any 4v Cobra Setup
I find myself missing my 225 Audi TT at times as well

when all is said and done - alot of the aboe i would have to throw some money thier way - until i get the paint, body and drivetrain dailed in - then we will see, but then of course i won't want to part with it.

One thing to consider is I'm a single dad with 2 kids, so I rank some big back seat cars and 4 doors where others may not I have always wanted an STI though;-)

I guess that's it.

Too many cars to list.

My number one would be a 1j or 2j Cressida.
