What you need for a 2006+ front end conversion
I've been getting quite a few PM's lately reguarding this mod. So this is what you need
06+ headlights
06+ front end
06+ grill & emblem
DS2 HID bulbs or a dremel
Turn signal plugs part # 90980-11020
The question I asked before I started the conversion was does everything plug up. I was totally confused, had some techs saying its not gonna work it wont plug up ect. Where other people said yea it plugs up. The answer is sorta.
Low beam & High beam plug up to the stock harness.
The turn signal does not plug up, instead of buying a new harness which cost alot of $ you can just buy the connector plugs and swap them out with your stock harness. This is really easy and does not require splicing. What you do is look at your plug, there is a white center where the pins are inserted. Its actually a cap you can pop it off. you can now see the female ends where the pins plug in. Using a tiny screwdriver (i used eyeglass flathead) you pry up the plastic thing holding the pin in and pull the wire out from the back of the harness. You insert these pins in the new turn signal plug. You 02-05 turn signal plug has two wires where the 06+ has 3 wires because its a dual filament bulb. you can use any combination I chose to use the center hole and one on the right side of the plug because it was brighter. Colored wire goes in the middle (I think its green on one side blue on the other) and put the white wire on the end.
I believe the DRL should plug up, however I cant confirm this because I was missing my 02 DRL sockets (dont ask) so what I did was I ordered some 06 ones and it seemed to fit the turn signal plugs so i swapped my turn 02 signal plug with my 02 drl plug. It all seemed to fit fine, I think it might be unnecessary though.
As for the HID bulbs I bought some 6000k bulbs off ebay.

Great mod, I did this for mine, but kept the 02 front. I have the 06 bumper in my garage and plan on modding it a little. I'm going to delete the washer openings and try to see what I can do about removing the Lexus logo off the grill.

That signal light connector is the last piece of puzzle to the conversion for the US SC430. I wish I knew it earlier before I had paid someone to do it.
I had asked a couple of members who had done it, but no one wanted to share the info,
By the way, it is better that you use D4S bulbs if your 06+ headlights come with D4 ballasts. I believe the the voltage requirements are different between D2 and D4 bulbs.
