My Sc430 with BBK installed...pictures inside!!!
Hi ALL,
I could not wait until Spring. After exchanging some emails with Steve Ganz from Carson Lexus, he helped me to pick out a set of Rotora BBK for our SC's. It's 14" Front and 13" Rear all in 4 pots (someone will ask me why not 6-4 set up). I don't race nor track. This set up is just fine for me
. My wife loves the red calipers. She gave me a thumps up when I came home yesterday. This is my 10th anniversary gift that she pays for (with my credit card, of course).
Anyways, here are pictures b4 and after....let me know what you think!!!!

Car is on Tein CS, Iforged Aero 20x8.5 F and 20x10 R...245-35-20 and 275-30-20. Very minor rubbing in the rear due to the thickness of the new rotors. It's raised the rear 1/4" today...all set No more RUBBING . I drove over 100 miles today just to break in the new BBK.
Thanks to my brother/best friend and the crew at Riverside Import MA.01603

What color is your seat leather? It looks blue in the pictures. I've never seen that before.

They are black leather. They were covered with black cloth from seatcover.xxx until March last year. These leather seats are 9 out of 10.

I've spoken with you regarding these Rotora couple months back. The look of your car makes me trick my wife into getting them. I posted these brakes photos on the fridge for a month. Every time she trashed them, i just placed the new ones on....patience was the key....I'm deciding between Vertex and Wald kit for NOW...any suggestion?

Im on the fence between the Wald and Vertex kits as I do like both, although the Vertex kit was not out when I bought mine so did not have that to choose from .. IMO the Wald kit is very discreet and looks like a factory car. Just finishes it off, its not in your face saying look at me. The Vertex kit looks very clean as well.
Other then that everyones got Wald kits so the Vertex might be more elusive. Where I live Ive only ever seen a handful of SC's on the road in the last 8 years and none with a kit.

The brakes make the car look sportier. Especially with the open wheels.
Both those body kits are nice enough. The Vertex being a little more sleek, while the Wald is a little more robust looking. A body kit would finish it out nicely. Taking your car to the next level.
