Default FS: 1995 SC400 w/2000 upgrade

All, anyone interested in my sweet SC400. I'm from Virginia and interested in getting a newer SC400.

*1995 SC400 w/ 109,000 miles ...asking $10,000 obo (lowered price from $11,500 obo...just bought another coupe so I need money to pay some of my loan)..make me an offer.

going to advertise locally soon * Blue book has it for $10k w/o any of my 2000 model updgrades and tune ups. Can't believe our SCs aren't selling for higher. See below.

I've owned mine for 17 months and put about $3k-$4k or more? in upgrades and tune up. It's been fun and stressful upgrade all these items. I've learned a lot and thank this board for all the references!!

I've installed these in the last 17 months (parts I bought BRAND NEW)

2000 body kit, side skirt, emblem, grill, fog lights, painted new
2000 Rear lights brand new
Tokico shocks (installed new < 1 year ago)
Eibach springs (installed new < 1 year ago)
Circuit City Viper Remote Start and Alarm (sweet feature in the East coast weather)
Installation by mechanics and the easy things myself.
new OEM Timing belt tune up (last year) at about 90k..good for another 50-70k
new OEM Tensioner (last year)
new OEM Power Steering pump, flushed fluid (6 months)
new Rebuilt alternator (last year)
new OEM plugs/filter,PCV (last year)
Oil changed every 3-5k, with BG products (fuel and oil)
OEM brake pads (front about 8 months ago, and back last week)
stock radio (w/o magazine)
headlights have moisture inside

(NOT included) Wheels and tires (NOT INCLUDED)

I have 1997 OEMs tires and wheels have about 70-80% life in tires
I'll post more pictures tonight

I figure I have put in $3000-$4000 in parts and labor.

It doesn't look like you have the whole 97+ kit...Your missing rear bumper, rear quarter panel moldings, door moldings...Just to let buyers know...

Good luck with your sale...Beautiful car!

Default more picture soon..maybe tomorrow

FaceUT, I'll take some more pictures soon.... This was a spur of the moment idea for me to try to sell....

I don't know about the history, but since August 2002 I've done most of tune ups...timing belt, tensioner belt, steering pump replacement, fluid flushes (differential, steering, transmission, coolant, oil) tensioner replacement (which didn't even go bad), battery, spark plugs, PCV, air, ....it's well tuned up. I don't know how to change head gaskets and valve gaskets and couldn't get the fuel filter off. Pohanka Lexus did a thorough carbon clean up from the intake. Couple hundred there.

fixed the steering column (didn't auto lower) from the board's comments..

The interior is in excellent condition, no wear or tear present. Beige leather. Non-smoker vehicle.

asnatlas, I love my car. I just shopping for a 1997-2000 model to have more horsepower. If I don't find a nice one soon, I'll keep my car. Again, I did alot of tune and the 2000 body kit upgrade (except the rear bumper) was very fun for me. The remote start, sound system, HIDs on my car are sweet, but I'm taking many of those out when I get the upgrade car. Trying to load more pictures, but searching for my USB cable for my camera.

hey duclex, if you want the sc's with more power they are the 98-2000 models the 97 models still only have 260 and the 98 models bumped it up to 290.

djsoarer is correct, the 97 is the same as the 95-96 just with the newer style bumper(s) and side skirts... the 98 -2k have the VVT-i engines with the extra HP...

GL on your search...
