Parting out my SC300 Turbo Drag Car and selling the car
Yeah, I think I'm about done with this boat.
Here's what I'm selling:
AEM v 1.03 with Software, 3 bar map, and GM IAT: $1400 shipped
RPS Supra Tubular Single Turbo kit modified to fit N/A with Turbonetics wastegate, full downpipe, and midpipe to fit stock mufflers: $1500 shipped
PTE 66 Q trim turbo with CHROME inducer housing: $700 shipped
2JZ GE Longblock with 3mm headgasket and Crower 268/272 cams--5000 miles of turbo: $2000 shipped -- I'll run a compression test here in the next few days
COMPLETE TH400 Transmission conversion kit from Shifter, to driveshaft (Includes SFI scattershield: $2200 shipped (includes converter and cooler as well)
Dave H intake manifold, modified fuel rail, and 720 cc's: $650 shipped
Supra TT intercooler with custom intercooler piping, and HKS SS BOV: $500 shipped
Walbro Fuel Pump and Accufab FPR with lines: $250 shipped
The car has a full 6 point cage, Blitz gauges in the dash, fiberglass hood, and Supra n/a wheels with BFG drags. The front wheels may be narrowed this week. Also, the car has no back seat with carpet over it, and Corbeau Seats that weigh about 20 lbs each. The car is probably 200 lbs lighter than a stock SC, even with the cage. I'm asking $6500 -- it will be less a drivetrain but have a semi complete wiring harness, Boost, oil pressure, and egt gauges, and need ONLY a drivetrain and fuel pump.
I'll not start taking apart the car until I can get enough people to commit to around $5000 in parts. Its not worth my time to lift a finger until then. Please don't ask why I'm parting the car, because frankly, its none of your business.
I also have a bone stock, 1997 TT Supra Black/Tan auto with 50k miles I'm selling for $31,500 or best offer.

Okay, here's the deal. I've gotten probably 20 pms and emails today and am already tired of having to sift through the BS.
First off, these parts are in excellent functioning condition. I wouldn't be selling them if they were broken, would I?
Secondly, only ask for pics if you are interested in buying. If you just want to see pics of my car, search around a little bit. There are some pictures and vids floating around the Internet of my car.
Thirdly, if you haven't ever dealt with forced induction, the AEM is not for you. It is confusing and very precise. Do not bury yourself like I did.
And lastly, I love you.

Okay--an update.
I've gotten about $4000 of this stuff committed to. So, I need another $1000-$1500 to get me serious about starting to part the car.
I am also going to make some adjustments on the car tonight, and possibly run it tomorrow. If all goes well, the car will probably stay together and be sold outright.
If I could get someone to buy the shell for $6000, I'd be a very happy camper.
I'll keep everyone posted.
