Lucky for you, my friend, you already have wheels big enough to accomodate these. I am hungry as a WOLF for a setup like this, but I dont want to get wheels any bigger than 16" due to weight issues, more expensive tires, etc.

Looks like I'm stuck with the twin-piston (although big) stock calipers for a few years longer.

Just one quick question, I was told large wheels are needed, like even bigger than 18s... if these came stock on the mid 90s LS400s, and those have only 15" or 16" wheels, how come they wont fit on an SC400 with 16" wheels?

i think these came from the larger 95-00 LS? i could be wrong. These calipers are a lot larger than the stock SC calipers. You will need at least a 16" high disk setup i belive. like OEM LS rims.

The "high-disc" I believe is referring to the offset of the wheel. With 2 pistons on each side of the caliper and the hub still retaining the same center line in relation to the mounting point of the rim to the hub, the back side of the rim would have to sit farther away from the hub (offset). Any one correct me if I'm wrong.

these are from 95 and up. you will need wheels that have at least 2.75" clearance from the face of the rotor to the inner portion of the rim spoke.

I have a stock airbox, struts, springs, brake lines and muffler s for a 1992 sc300, a set of pcw 5 spoke wheels with rain tires, and a daizen rear bushing set (new in box). Any of that sound interesting?

My computer at home is down , but I will try. They are pcw 5 star wheels with Michelin rain tires (I think). The wheels are ugly, but not damaged. Tires are good 80% or so tread left. The tires are worth the money, the rims are basically just coming with the tires.
