Default WTB: Up/Down Telescoping Wheel Motor

Hey,
My up/down power steering motor went out and the wheel is stuck in the highest position. I feel like im driving a semi truck instead of a SC400. If anyone has a good working motor or knows where to get one (besides the dealer for $500) please let me know.
Thanks

Default Tilting

Do you hear a grinding or clicking noise when you try to move the tilt manualy. I had the same problem. I took apart the steering colum and to the right side of the there are three little screws. Take those out and you will see a little wheel. Cheack to see if the teeth on the will are worn out.. Then get back to me. If this is your problem I may save you a lot of money. I have an extra wheel. They told me that the motor was gone but it was the little wheel. When you take it out move the tilt button to see if the motor still works if so then you willl need this little wheel. Let me know.

I have the whole steering column, so I am not sure wat the replacement part is, show me a pix of the motor and I will see if I can take it out.

Default how much?

hi vredniykot

How much are you selling those motors for? I'd need a tilting motor, not the in and out motor...
