I have a MKIV Hose Techniques kit for sell in super blue. Only about two inches of the 10 foot 4mm hose, and a couple inches of the 15 foot 3.5mm hose have been used. The rest of the kit has been untouched. The kit still has everything that came with it (zip ties, decals, hose cutter, hose splitter, and papers).

Also I have an Auto Meter Air/Fuel Ratio and Boost gauge (goes from 30 In. Hg- 30 PSI). They both are the Carbon Fiber ULTRA-LITE series. Both are 2 1/16". Both are used but in good shape. The A/F gauge has a slight dent in the chrome ring, but it's not that bad.
