No, sorry the shocks do not come with the springs. Springs only.

 

If my car would clear the 20's with those springs, I would definately be interested, but the eibachs put my fenders just over the tires now.

 

Are those 18inch wheels on the car? And do the springs require a camber kit ?

 

Actually they are 19's, they just look small cuz of the 3 inch lip and the 35 series tires. It doesn't need a camber kit, but does need a 4 wheel allignment that I recomend doing after any drop anyway. Cost about $60.
