WTB: 98+ SC400 with Black interior!!
As title states, looking to buy a 98, 99, or 00 Lexus SC400 for my next project car.
MUST have black interior.
Looking for between 50 and 110k miles.
Hoping to spend less than $13k, but would spend more for the lower mileage cars.
Exterior color: Fairly open, not a big fan of the tans and beiges, but black, dark green, red, etc. would all be fine. White is iffy. Depends on the condition.
Please don't flame me for my price. I know that these cars aren't that common, but I know my budget, and I know I won't settle for anything less than a 98. If I don't find one, that's my problem, not yours.
So, if you have one for sale, or know of one in for sale, PLEASE let me know or at least keep your eye out.
Looking to purchase in the next two weeks.
The closer to Houston, TX the better, but willing to travel.
If the car can't be had for less than $15k, don't even bother.

But you will not find one that cheap from 98 up, unless it is in really bad shape...I think you know that already by your own words.

I hear you, but I have seen about 4 or 5 go by since I started looking 6 months ago - just happened to all be on the opposite coast or inopportune times (during finals). I have all summer to find one, and if I would settle for tan interior, I'd make things a lot easier on myselft - but no, I refuse to settle

I looked for a few months for my car with black interior....... I Flew to Tampa and drove 1400 miles home
