Brown used steering wheel from sc400. No AIRBAG. WAS REMOVED.

I'm interested. Can you describe the condition, any scratches, dents, bent? Is the brown color steering wheel the same color as sc400 with tan interior? Will it fit 1993 sc400? Thanks.

the steering wheel has some rips on it.
