Yes they are the exact same mufflers.

thanks for the fast reply.... one more thing, is this exhaust has the same exhaust note as the sc400? the reason i ask is iam gonna put this exhaust to an ls400, and i like the way the sc400 exhaust sound. thanks again.

They don't sound the same. I once owned an sc400 and now a sc300. They were the same mufflers, but the only reason they sounded different from each other is because of the engine sizes: v8 and inline 6. They will sound like a sc400 on the ls400, because of the v8.
