Lol, yeah Lee...wonders never cease...a MAN actually stepped up and paid the asking price for the lip last night. He was smart enough to recognize that they don't come along here often and if he ever wanted to sell it in the future he could STILL recoup probably 80% of his money so it was well worth it.
