OEM Supra Lsd Diff housing and Axles.
I have a complete Supra LSD diff housing and drive axles. I was saving these parts and thinking about installing them but I've decided to go a different route. This came off of a 98 N/A auto. You can use your original drive shaft but may need to replace the drive axles which I am including. I'm asking $900.00 local pick up prefered in San Diego... PM for more info.. Bryan

Gear Ratio is 4.08
This is also the stock gear ratio for 5 speed sc300's so you won't need to recalibrate anything or worry about your speedometer. $900.00 is the complete LSD carrier with diff housing, drive axles as well as the bolts and pressure plates.
I am more than willing to take pictures but I'll only open it up after I recieve a deposit of some sort because I will have to buy a new gasket and oil.
I really prefer to sell it locally due to the weight of the parts and it will also give you a chance to check it out.
PS. I don't know how to post pictures but I can e-mail them to thoose of you that are interested and if you can post it up that would be great...

Here is some useful information origanally provided to me from VSsc400 (sorry VS I slightly revised it based on a discovery on my 97)
92-97 SC300
6 cyl, AT (4.27 ratio)
6 cyl, MT (4.08 ratio)
98-00 SC300
6 cyl, AT (4.27 ratio)
92-97 SC400
8 cyl (3.92 ratio)
98-00 SC400
8 cyl (3.266 ratio)
92-96 MKIV Supra
w/o turbo; (4.27 ratio) Limited Slip
w/o turbo; (4.27 ratio)
w/turbo, MT (3.133 ratio) Limited Slip
w/turbo, AT (3.769 ratio) Limited Slip
97-98 MKIV Supra
w/o turbo; (4.08 ratio) Limited Slip
w/o turbo; (4.08 ratio)
w/turbo, MT (3.133 ratio) Limited Slip
w/turbo, AT (3.769 ratio)
w/turbo, AT (3.769 ratio) Limited Slip
Note: This is why I ask about the LSD, they made the cars both ways and there is no way of knowing aside from removing the cover. I wish I hadnt allready bought a 3.76 ratio one, I would like to have the 4.08 gears. so are you saying this fits a auto SC or a standard?

And I'm interested, but need a picture with the cover removed.

I honestly dont know? I thought there was some sort of offset issue? Maybe it is just the gearing that is driving the fact that people look for a auto for a auto car?

Fits both 5 speed and auto..
I was planning on putting it in my 5spd but have decieded to sell my car and just buy something a little more suited for my intentions...
I know both drive shafts on the sc3 and sc4 are the same because I had called lexus and asked for parts and they told me they have the same part number so seeing how 5spd sc3s are available and only auto sc4's then they should be the same...
Again I'm willing to open it up but would need a deposit to cover the new gasket and oil. I want to make sure you are definetly interested and will be buying it, before I pay a shop to open it up...

OK, I did a couple CL searches and found that this should fit both manual or auto trans. The difference is in the Supra Manual rearend, It wont fit the SC's from what I read.
I stand corrected!

Ship with oil?
I think it should be ok because I am shipping it in an original Diff carrier box.
Ok, I guess I'll open it up when I get a chance but local guys will have to fill it on your own..
Scott If I can't sell it locally within a week or so I will consider shipping...
Thanks for all the interest guys..
