FS: Injen CARB Legal Intake *Pictures Included*
Injen CARB legal (has #'s + paperwork) for MKIV NA obI's 93-95, on my car for not even 2000 miles. no heat shield, looks brand new

The set up goes from filter -> MAF -> intake pipe -> Throttle body.
Not sure if it will fit the V8, but there shouldn't be a reason why it wouldn't fit unless the MAF size is different from the straight 6 motor.
You pick up maybe 3whp or less. It makes a difference in the torque band a bit. There is no difference in noise unless you put your foot down. Under normal acceleration there isn't too much of a difference in sound. There is a heat shield available, but I didn't buy it with the heat shield option. This thing doesn't even get that heat soaked so there's not much to worry about.
