so will these have everything you need to do the swap except the rotors, does it include mounting brackets?

no mounting brackets are needed, just either trim or remove the dust shield to accomodate the larger LS400 rotor and use washers for the SC caliper bolts and you're set!!

Be sure to have hi-disk wheels to clear the larger calipers...

yes, includes everything except rotors. note the pads are used, and may need to be changed depending on wear.

do you have any of the bolts for the caliper?, i herd the stock SC bolts wont do it cuz they are too long... do you have any bolts for them? i bought a pair a while back from you.. ill be installing em next week

three things you can do regarding the bolts:
- buy ones from lexus, pretty cheap
- use two washers per bolt (this is what i personally did)
- grind the bolts down a little to shorten them
