FS: Getrag V160 - 6spd - $1700 obo *PICS Added* & Misc. 6spd parts
As the title says, I have a Getrag V160 forsale.
I now have an automatic 2JZGTE car and no longer intend on converting it to 6spd anytime soon. Gonna stay with the automatic route to save money. I am active duty US Air Force, and realized it is not a smart financial decision to continue with the 6spd route. But I am not desperate to sell it either, so if it doesn't sell...somewhere down the road I will install it.
Purchased the tranny off a guy on eBay that didn't really know what he had. It came from a wrecked Supra, unsure of tranny condition or model year that it came out of. Input and output shafts turn smoothly without any binding, it is still in the box that I got shipped to me.
Aside from that, I do not know much else about the transmission. I can take it out of the box and take pictures if desired. This does not come with the tripod or shifter, its tranny/bellhousing only.
$1700 + shipping Deposit Received - Sale Pending
Other Misc 2JZGTE / 6spd items:
Tripod & Shifter - Deposit Received - Sale Pending
New 6spd **** - SOLD
ALL OTHER ITEMS MOVED TO NEW THREAD

He just bought a 97 SC300 TT from me. He was a very nice guy to work with and came threw with the money exactly when he said he would. I can vouch for him being honest and friendly to deal with.

Please do not view the videos unless you are actually interested in the transmission! LOL I am using Photobucket, and I think I have limited bandwidth, though I have no idea what the limit is. And excuse the poor lighting for the vids, they were done with my digital camera in the garage.

Sorry for the delay, was watching TV I reduced these to 640x480, since there are SO many pics in this thread already. If you need any different angles, let me know and I will PM them to you.

Hey Sean! FWIW I just sold Sean the ECU not long ago via SF and he was very pleasant to deal with. I'm sorry to see that the project is getting put off, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
Payment sent for shift ****!! Thanks!
