ebay has plenty of them for like 35 shipped, not oem quality tho.

you can buy a brand new one from www.calcarcover.com. if you are interested I have a stormweaver for a 97+ sc300,400 cover. pretty much new for half the price. $100. new ones are 200.

The OEM SC car cover is pretty expensive: $300-400 I believe. I got lucky and picked up a used one that popped up in the classifieds a few yrs back. Good luck.
