The oem unit comes as one piece, the plate and the boot. I just bought a new one...so my old one will be up for sale pretty soon. It's got the normal wear due to its age. The reason for replacing? One of the mounting tabs(the plate/boot snap into the console) is bent and will not grab when snapping into place. It sits secure, but it sits slightly misaligned near the upper left hand corner. The boot is not torn or anything like that. The plate has a couple spots on the panel that look like hard water spots. I haven't tried cleaning it off yet. This plate only has the "LEXUS" symbol on it, no heater button switches. Let me know if you'd be interested. We can work something out. Oh yeah, I have the old shift **** too

Bird's Eye shot...with flash, it magnifies the age and the layer of dust that has collected from sitting inside a bodyshop for a few months...could be cleaned up

And last one, depicting the main reason why I bought a new piece. The tab that snaps into place(area circled in red) doesn't really grab as tightly as I want it to. Yes, I am meticulous with fit and finish and nothing beats OEM parts. In this pic, you can tell it is slightly off when being aligned with the center console bezel.

If it looks ok for you, PM with your info so that I can send it out to you first thing Monday.
Hope this is what you're looking for
