Exclamation F.S. SC300 Turbo Set UP
hey everybody.. i have my sc3 turbo set up for sale cuz i dont have the time or money to continue my project..i have a Turbonetics 60-1 turbo rebuilt never put on a car since rebuilt. the SRT cast turbo manifold and the Turbonetics 44mm waste gate all in GREAT shape..i was told turbonetics dosent offer the 44mm anymore..i believe you can only get the 38mm. this would be a really nice set up for your SC3..asking $2300 obo. and willing to ship (919)669-0710

is that a crack by the mounting hole in the manifold?

no, it's split on each opposite side to allow a little flex. good design i'd buy it if I could afford it.

the pics are not so great, they were taken with a cell phone.

the turbo is brand new from turbonetics, you can barely see it but the oil supply has the factory spot of lube.

i dont know **** about having a split on each side to allow flex, BUT i do know... that it looks like a crack to me, and thus boost leak ALL the time.

Sorry man... find a pic of one brand new if w/ the split on both sides...

NO its not a crack..theres one on both sides...its SUPPOSED to be there. jacob is right, its for "a little flex"..

Lol @ whoever thought that was a crack. It's to allow the flange to expand as it heats up without pulling in b/c it has pipe welded onto only one side of it.
