I was wondering the same thing. Mind didn't come with one, so wondering if 97 up came with one.

 

Mine is half way dragging on the floor, what type of fasteners are used to attach these? are they those standard plastic clips? or some kind of screw/bolt?

 

Mine is dragging too. I'm pretty sure it is attached by a bolt and washer.

It might be possible to ghetto rig it, by bolting a long rectangular strip to hold up the plaster cover. You'd have to drill a hole through the strip and attach it with the bolt and washer. Just an idea.

Let me know if you come up with any other fixes.

I just wish I could find a used one and get this over with!
