What exactly is going wrong with the needles for the gas and engine temp? Do you know what exactly it'll take to fix?

when i turn the car on sometimes it would read empty when i had like half a tank. also when the engine is at its moderate temperature it reads 3/4 instead of 2/4

Do you have any idea what it will take to get them reading properly?

Gas reading erratically means a screw is rattled loose, tighten all screws behind gas gauge.

Engine temp reading differently means sensor drift, which changes from car to car (resistance of sensors as they age). Remove needle while cluster is on and car is fully warm, set it where it should sit. (halfway)
