window trim + wiper switch

Could I get a price on these:

-Fuse Cover (fuse box by kick panel)
-Fog Lights
-12 disc CD Changer
-Plug for door panel (rectangular plug that covers two bolts underneath door panel. Located just above the hinge on the door)

Can I get a price for an air control valve and high pressure hose for a 1992 SC400 shipped to 77345? Thanks. I am looking for the end piece of the hph that resembles a loop and is the same piece the ACV screws into. Can that be purchased separately without the purchase of the hose?
