I was lookin at the pic you posted... will this fit on a 2JZGTE swapped car?

I don't know 100% but I think it should. worst case you might have to fab up a small bracket. It doesn't show real good but I actually have a bracket under the mount that adapts it to bolt on the factory radiator. If you have a factory radiator it should have the same mounting locations.

Very interesting! Where would I need to relocate the p/s pump to and what would that intail?

I just unbolted the resivoir from the bracket, cut the drain hose about 1" shorter and bolted it to my airbox. Fairly simple, see pictures, I will help you out if you need.

I am not sure, It could be mounted other places, It has all the right lines to hook up to either, mounting might need to be different on a 300.
