You can get the needles repaired but you'll have to remove the dash and ship it....
check here....$99 for the needles I think. They do standard bulb and LED. The needles get very dry + brittle and typically need to be replaced

I just had my Climate Control and Dash done (backlighting in dash was out completley) and it looks really cool. I chose Blue backlight w/ White Waterfall needles....
