i Have a 1998 Toyota Supra TT Automatic transmission, it was given to me and i have no use for it. The transmission had 110k when pulled out and worked fine, i bought it a trans filter and put it on, All you have do is put it in. The only modifications to get this tranny to work with an SC is getting the TT torque converter and the drive shaft, i read an SC400 shaft works too but i'm not sure. My car does need a transmission but, i'd rather 5spd swap it than have another auto tranny. Im asking $350 picked up, I'm in SOCAL.

Is it any better than the OEM SC300 tranny?

 

This trans will not work in an sc300 without internal modifications.

The supra trans is electronically controlled and the SC trans is pressure controlled.

This trans will bolt up to an sc400 as they are essentially the same.
