Smile BUYING: Any TURBO 2JZ motor

I'm essentially looking for any actual turbo'd 2JZ. Be it an N/A-T, Aristo 2JZ, Supra 2JZ, whatever.

A turbo'd N/A 2JZ is fine, as long as it's got the supporting mods necessary for the boost.

I am NOT looking for a shortblock or longblock. I would at least like all the basics already hooked up.

I DO plan on installing a larger turbo/manifold...thus, stock turbo's being on the motor is not a selling point to me. If it'll make it cheaper, then take em' off.

Wiring harness would be a great plus, too.

Pretty much...if you have any kind of turbo 2JZ motor, with/without a tranny, ecu, wiring harness.... Let me know

Post it up.

I'm located at the Naval Base in southern San Diego, but the parts will need to be shipped to my brother's shop in Norcross, Georgia, where the car is located.

Thanks guys!

:]

I have this for sale:

2JZGTE that was going to be used in my GS300 but I sold it and bought a MKIV so I no longer need this.

The motor was tore down and these parts were changed before it was put back together:

Everything is Brand new

water pump
oil pump
ALL gaskets
timing belt
ARP head studs
Brian Crower 272 cams
Brian Crower springs and titanium retianers
polished intake manifold
polished valve covers
polished upper modded water neck
nice shaved and painted cam cover
1000cc injectors
Garage advance fuel rail
phantom fittings
FRP fuel line

Motor is complete with aristo upper and lower pans since it was intended for my GS300. (I do have a mid sump setup available)

It also includes ac compressor, ALT, starter and NON polished TB

The harness and ecu are there, but for an 93-97 Aristo.

I'm sure there are more parts Im missing but just can't think of them now.

Asking $2500

(turbo kit was sold)

Wow that's an amazing deal! Wish you were selling this when I was in the market a few months back. To the OP, I'd jump all over this.

Sorry for late reply. Navy's been breakin' my ***** lately.

I don't know that the actual modifications to the motor are enough to justify the price. It looks good, and replacing those components is great and all, but I don't necessarily think that $2,500 without any kind of turbo, or transmission components is enough to make it worth it for me.

Thank you for the offer, though.

I highly doubt you can replicate this setup for 2500, considering a stock aristo swap costs 1800. But if you can get all OEM parts like the gasket kit, oil pump, water pump, 272 cams, injectors, rail etc etc, for less than 700, go for it.

BTW, I thought you mentioned that a turbo set up, stock or not is not a selling point for you since you'd be upgrading anyway.

I didn't mean to say it's a bad deal or anything, I guess it's just not what quite what I'm looking for.

I'd been thinkin' about it all day.

I'd do $2,500...but I won't have that much for about another month.

:/
