WTB: 5spd ECU OBDII

Looking for 5spd ecu from 96-97 SC300. must be OBDII. Not interested in anything else (auto,OBDI.....)

does it throw off any obd-ii codes? was just wandering if my car had a tranny swapped or not... think i should actually go look at the ecu myself and see what the part number is...
