I'm going to be doing a 1JZ swap into my SC300, and I won't have any use for my 2J once the motor's in, so I'm planning to sell it...I'm definitely not shipping it...looking for local buyers in the NW Washington area...

I'm not sure exactly when the motor will be out and ready for sale yet, but it will include everything except the W58 because I'll be using that with the 1J... But the 1J will be coming with an Auto trans I won't be using...so that'll be included if you want it.

will the jdm tranny work with a usdm computer?

I have no idea about if the Soarer trans will work on a USDM car...that's up to the buyer to find out...

I'll let the motor go for 500. It only has almost 140k and runs awesome.

trans for 100 I guess?

Damn it! I just purchased a 2JZ long block on Ebay for a bit more. Good luck on the sale. By the way... have you checked the compression on it?

I haven't checked the compression, and I don't really plan to, lol, the motor runs great and I just need to get rid of it because it's going to be sitting at my friends house once the 1J is in...I have nowhere to keep it and I think 500 is a good deal for a great running engine. I'm flexible on the price by the way.
