Here are the specs I got on them
"Product: 16 clicks adjustable via top **** (combined, though mainly rebound damping. The front compression has a small adj. range. The rear has virtually fixed comp. damping) Height adjustable via 4 perch positions. Lowers the car 30,40,50,or 60mm in front; and 27,37,47,or 57mm rear. Springs are mildly progressive, not strongly progressive like the M2 NA set. Can use w/ other aftermarket springs. Rebuildable via factory. Extremely concise & well illustrated instructions in Japanese. Comes w/ their own bumpstops, which are a little shorter than stock"
