Ok, I'm glad I got that clarified up. In which case I will ONLY be looking for ones with the harness. I found a set on eBay for $280 shipped.. they are 97 tails.

you can still use it. only difference is that you wont use two bulbs on each side, so just take out the bulbs and tape them up. after that fix the hyper blinkers if you want.

i saw a clean set of 95-96 tails on craigslist for $120. probably gone by now.
