Hey guys, i just got a lexus from the auction this morning. Its an interesting one.

It's a 1992 sc400. Burgandy. Tan inside. No nakamichi. No heated seats, no trac control.

It shows 85k on the odo, but i bought it under TMU (true mileage unknown). I didnt hear the auctioneer say TMU, but i got stuck with the vehicle anyways. I have yet to run a carfax. I will ASAP.

The car shows wear and tear, but is overall in i would say above average condition. I put it up on my lift and i dont see any mechanical problems, but i didnt look very hard. The leather is holding very well. The exhaust smells fine, i dont see any signs of oil in it. The car has tristar ghetto *** chrome rims on it. I would highley suggest removal. I will take a photo tomorrow and post it ASAP. I will take many photos and put them on my website at www.acceleratedauto.com.

I dont want this car. I dont sell car's with TMU on my lot.

SOOOO.... Make me offers if you want the car. I know that TMU prolly doesnt scare you speed freaks out there. I am located in ft lauderdale FL.

I ran a carfax and it shows as high as 149k. I am getting very sad over this. NO OFFERS FROM YOU GUYS YET????

lets see, buy the car for 4000, twin turbo 15000, stroker 5000, additinal mods such as exhaust, ecu, tourque convertor, 5000, not to mention body kit, and another ricey 2 tone paintjob (Jk :P)

Thats nearly 30,000 in mods, which is over 7 times the value of your car :P

And thats assuming you dont get it dirt cheap for like 2000 or something which would make it 14 times the value of your car

Twin turbo, $3k. Stroker, $3k. Addl mods....no bodykits or such. Paint, $80.

It'd be a project car, so I could have the car off the road for weeks at a time while working on it. I would weld everything myself. Heck...I woulda made most of my turbo install myself, if I had time to do it. But being my daily driver I needed it done ASAP.

It only costs about $80 for the basecoat, reducer, clear, and hardner. I paint them myself.

I couldn't drive the SC4 as a daily driver, it's too slow. I need something with a lot of power to make my commute enjoyable.

Not to step on any toes....

But, this thread should be moved to the f/s section. And, for someone not trying to sell this car on his lot...there seems to be quite a sales pitch going on here.

Bottom line, put this ad in the f/s section and list a price you wish to garner for your product. Dont good buddy this or good buddy that and run us all around the rosie thinking the car will go for 3k, or 5k or 6k. Whatever.
