Will that plug and play on my 97 SC?

 

If this is just a direct bolt on to my 97 SC400 and the air bag is still functional I'll pick this thing up ASAP

The steering wheel is plug and play for 99-01 vehicles or you need the airbag adatper harness for pre 99 vehicles. You should be able to get it from here, but I haven't checked if it is in stock: http://toyota.spx.com/detail.aspx?id=407&p=173&g=21

 

So with that harness I plug that into the existing plug from the car then to the airbag?

you keep your cruise control. If you need the airbag cable, i have one in so cal.

Is the cruise controls on the steering column then? I don't see them on the steering wheel.

Should be about $20 or less for shipping to SD. You need to re-use your stock cruise control. It just bolts right on. Just shoot me a pm or msg on aim if you have any other questions.
