I'm just starting to negotiate the purchase of a new SC430. I have the Kelly Blue Book report on the SC430 that lists the dealer invoice at $53,692 and the MSRP $61,630.
What is the best price on a new SC430 that anyone has seen?
Are there any dealer incentives, or lease incentives on the SC430?
What is the dealer holdback for a SC430?
Thanks

My company leases a lot of cars through Enterprise who can usually get very good deals with their buying power. They could have ordered me one from the factory (at dealer invoice), BUT waiting list for them was 1 year! They have the ability to do searches with a lot of dealers, at first they said no problem getting a deal. After a few days of searching they came back and said no one was dealing, basically the car dealers all have waiting lists and no incentive to negotiate.
I've had the car 3 weeks, no regrets at all, 100% happy. Part of the appeal to me was the fact that you don't see a lot of them on the road, if they had greater supply the price would drop, but now that I own one I hope they don't flood the roads with them.
I'm in Texas, maybe it is different in other parts of the country. The dealer where I got mine said they had been trading LX's for SC's with dealers in the northeast over winter as demand wasn't as high in those areas because of weather. With spring here I am sure demand everywhere is going up.
By the way, the Lexus lease was not attractive at all, if you shop for a lease or loan you'll get some savings there. Also shop hard on insurance, it can vary greatly.
Good Luck
