hey fellas i have w58 tanny in good working conditions, came out of a 95' sc300. all gears shifts very smooth, tranny has 115k on it, i swap the r154 in my car so i don't need this anymore, it comes with bellhousing and shifter,price $400.00. Also have a ACT stage 2 clutch i would say with 15% of life in the pad, you can repadd it if you want for just 40 bucks, price $150.00 also have flywheel for $30.00. no sir, it will work only with w58 tranny, if you have a r154 you will need to buy a new flywheel for that particular tranny and i think the price is 220.00.... Sorry
