WI FS usps parcel damaged "soarer" badge and Griffen emblem

Default FS usps parcel damaged "soarer" badge and Griffen emblem
sold this to a member but i got damaged in the mail so i sent him a refund the emblem is authintic from japan and so is the badge i bought these 2 years ago while my brother was in owkinowa. the emblem has a small chip in it

the soarer badge got cracked in 3 places but is unoticeable after being mounted

price is 45.00

I never got the refund. Said he'll have to sell this first before giving me the money, something about not having money to refund... Someone please just buy this so he can 'refund' the $30 I spent for just the griffin emblem.

How the hell do you drive a Lexus and have no money to refund $30?
