When I rode them to the my freinds house to drop my car off to get it painted, the one time i drove on these coils, it seemed a bit rough for sure. There was a blue boosted SC show car on importuners, and these coils came off that show car. They might need to be rebuilt? But I lowered my price accordingly. These were $1700 back in the day!

The coils didn't show any signs of leaking when we pulled them out. They did ride a little rough when we drove on them, but that was because they were fully slammed on all 4 corners. With tein's, when you lower the car the spring rate also gets affected. So basically the lower you go the harsher the ride is going to be. I'm sure if you raised the coils to a more decent ride height, it would also ride significantly nicer.
Also, although these coils were discontinued in 2003, the car that these coils have been sitting barely saw any road time. The car basically sat for a few years while it was on the original blue car. After that when the car was sold with these coils, the car barely saw another 5k miles.
