if ur converting from a auto jus drill the holes to match sizes and bolt it on
thats not even true, when i did my swap, I used my auto cross member, drilled out the 2 smaller holes because it said to do it, but I had no idea why I did it... and then on my friends swap, we used the auto cross member, and did NOT drill holes... And it bolted in fine.
Basically if you are converting from auto to manual, just use the auto crossmember, it bolts in. Unless you are talking about the rubber piece, then that should be different.
