take the one out from the other seatbelt, go to home depot or lowes and get the same bolt, a washer and ur done.....u might not want to do this but i thought it may be a good option.

Just thought it might be worth mentioning to anyone who didn't know this . . . You should NEVER rely on a common, low grade hardware for safety applications, ESPECIALLY a seatbelt!! I seriously doubt that either of those places would have a proper grade (tempered) metric bolt for a high strength (safety) application. Most likely an auto parts or machine shop/supply type store. It's probably a 10.9 or 12.9 grade bolt. I think the OP is wise to try and source an OEM bolt for this application. That is all.
