Default FS: BEE*R Rev Limiter

This is Bee*R’s popular two-stage ignition cutting rev-limiter. It is used to prevent damage arising from over-revving your engine. Part of the reason for its popularity is the large flames and loud bangs it produces from the exhaust when active!

The Bee*R can also be used as a “two stage rev limiter”, as an aid for launching your car. The Bee*R is configurable for two different rev-limits. A lower rev limit can be activated by a switch, the handbrake switch often being used. This configurable lower limit, can be set to the optimum RPM to launch your particular car from in 500rpm increments. When the handbrake is released, the usual rev limit comes into action, allowing quick launches, and full performance down the strip.

so the extra gas you giving it gets thrown into the exhaust system instead of the combustion chamber to stop you from overreving? wont it act like im misfiring and running super rich =P interesting device

slightly negotiable. THe Rev Limiter part would work on the sc400, but the 2step launch control wouldnt be exactly the same unless it was turbo.

^not trying to cause **** or anything. but this does not work with the sc400 or any 8 cylinder car. its only designed for 4 and 6 cylinder engines. i have one on my gtr and it does not list in the manual any wiring diagram for any 8 cylinder car nor does it on the website.

to help with sale though heres a vid of mine on my gtr http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_EJdeEH7f8 thats on a low setting not full power.

if anyone has any questions let me know i have first hand experience with the bee-r rev limiter in daily street and drag applications as well.
