WTB: 1JZ-GTE Alternator
Im in need of an alternator for my SC300. The engine is 1JZ-GTE. If anyone has a good one layin around or want to get rid of lmk.

you can always buy one for a 92-94 sc300 I believe, check if your harness has a round plug

It's best that you get the one for the sc300 because it has more amperage
than the 1jzgte and you can always find it locally.

if it does work, i have one off my spare 2jzge. toyota alternator. circle plug, 110 shipped.

like my boy thomas said yes it works but only from 92-94 and 95+ changes to a square plug on top of the alternator instead of the round plug in the back like 92-94

hey i looked at the harness plug a lil bit ago and it is a 3-prong round plug.

I have one from a 1994
I have a 1994 Alt., 1992-1994 had the round plug, and the harness is on the engine harness for the body plug connectors inside the car. The 1995-2000 has a rectangle,oval plug, and the connector is on the car side,under the hood, not part of the engine harness. I have one from a 1994 SC3, $60 shipped USPS.
