I actually mounted in that exhaust shields and I screw it thru the rear bumper. if you look again you will see that bracket that I made......

Does the front of it hang down. It looks like it in the picture. Wouldnt that cause drag, if it was.

Yup....Looks like it funnels air straight up into the inside of the bumper.
