Do they have the flanges to just bolt them on in place of the oe mufflers, or must they be welded?

Where can I find information on it? for example, how loud is it?

 

the sound is very deep, and comprable to that of a greddy or HKS exhaust. The exhaust is not raspy by any means and has a very clean DEEP tone...

as far as HP gains...no one really can say without a dyno.

yes, it should fit your LS400. It's just a matter of welding them on with the right bends in the piping to match the factory exhaust angles (which any exhaust shop can easily do)
