passenger door handle

i need the parts from inside the drivers side door to make the outside drivers door handle open the door.

hvac control with lcd screen.

cup holder. tan interior.

i have a longer list than this but i need to make the list as i can afford the parts. i'll need the whole interior as the previous owner was a horrible sc abuser.
