Default WTB ASAP!! Lower control arm, good or bad!!!

My dumb, overzealous, self destroyed the aluminum sleeve that goes in the front lower control arm bushing.

I saw the sleeves in the bushing kit and assumed they replaced the stock inner sleeves, but apparently not. Anywho, I REALLY need this bushing asap so I can get my car back together and aligned!

Anyone replace their LCAs and have a junk one lying around?

You can send me the whole arm, or just punch the insert out and mail me that, whichever you prefer.

Again, I need the aluminum one, not the steel one. I managed to not trash the steel one, so this one little piece is all I need to finish this job

Help me out CL brethren!!

You could just make one. Go to a metal shop like metalsupermarkets.com & have them cut off a chunk of round stock & take it to someone that has a drill press & have them drill out the center. probably cost you $20.00 total. If my buddy still has the supra ones that i pressed out of my brand new supra LCA, ill hit you back. GL.

I thought about making one, but it would have to be drilled very precisely and both OD and ID would have to be spot on as well. I figured it would be much easier to just get another factory sleeve. LMK if you can get the ones you mentioned

mcmaster.com

find out what's the ID and OD.

order that size TUBING...not a solid piece (no need for that).
cut off what you need and do your thing.

Yeah I may do that. It seems like this is going to be a tough piece to get used.

I'm interested. Cant find the correct OD stock, much less tubing, so a machine shop would have to cut one on a lathe and then bore it which means more time and money. It's looking like a used arm is going to be the easiest solution...

Ok, thanks all, but I found a machine shop that is making me one here locally.
