No they are not adjustable.
TRD Sway bar Set JZ80 Supra 93-98 (PTR02-14930-03)

SWAY BARS TRD Sway Bars give your Toyota a flatter more stable cornering stance: they are typically 25% to 100% stiffer than stock. They are constructed of high-quality spring steel powder coated to prevent corrosion and road damage. TRD Sway Bars work with either a stock suspension or a lowered vehicle. Most are solid spring steel; bars for the Supra and Matrix are tubular for decreased weight without sacrificing strength and durability. Most bars include stiffer polyurethane bushings; they are firm and durable but must be pre-greased with non-lithium non water-based chassis lube to reduce noise. Some TRD Sway Bar sets such as those for the MR2 Spyder and AE86 Corolla use rubber bushings. These have a stiffer rubber composition than the OEM bushings and require no lubrication.
