What's up CL? I've got a professionally Chromed Intake Manifold with Powder Coated Throttle Body and Valve Covers. $500 package deal for the Valve Covers, Intake Manifold, and the Throttle Body.

Are the injectors direct bolt in to the GE manifold and harness?

Yes, the injectors are a direct bolt in to the GE manifold, you just have to change the injector plugs..

Since their low impedance, I assume, i'll need a resistor box as well..

Well, it depends on what ECU you're going to be using. The car that they came of is using a Haltech, which didn't require a Resistor box but if you're using the stock ECU then yes, a resistor box is required.

The plugs are on the car so you would have to source your own plugs. The plugs are nothing special, you could get them anywhere. They're the standard square plugs which will run you about $20.
