please take better pics of the welds.. That is a XERD style header where the lower portion was replaced for whatever reason.. Those welds look like they leak..

The xerd actually looks quite a bit different.

Here are some more pics of the welds.

I would like to vouch for Eric he is a great guy and needs help finishing his SC build!

I installed a header on my SC300 and loved the gains. more response under 2500rpm and in comparison to stock(factory 99 header with cats), above 3400rpm it is a very noticeable gain. Now given you remove the cats on the 98+ header, it is still a smaller diameter as it nears the DP. It is lighter and takes up less room in the engine bay.

My header has no visible brand and was picked up from a old supra owner that sold the car long ago.
I had one issue toward the firewall with my 02 sensor hitting slightly but fixed it with a different o2 sensor ( part # on request). mine looks the same but I'm not certain it is.

heres a clearance shot from the front I had on my desktop. I can provide more pictures on request.

Hope this helps your sale man, good luck!

I don't weld but I can help with this *****, we can discuss details over the phone for a couple places capable of doing it for a fair price if you decide to get them.
