question, how did you get those Bolts out up underneath the oh Isht handles? Iv worked those suckers till they are almost stripped? Also, might be interested, lemme see where funds are at

Take a chisel and a hammer, and give it a counter clockwise hit.

Ya i was able to free mine up by using a good size screwdriver and hammering it while i turned it. But you could also try a hand impact driver set. Those things work wonders.
